- Purchase records: what you rented or bought, when, and the price paid. Card details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Sign-in sessions and device info: basic details such as browser type, device, IP address, and sign-in times. We use these to keep your account secure and to enforce the two-device limit.
- Basic playback logs: for example, when a film was first played. We use these for rental timing, refund eligibility, and fixing playback problems.
How we use it
We only use this information to run the store: to process payments, deliver films, keep your account secure, provide support, and meet legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
We share only what's needed with the services that help run the store:
- Stripe for payments
- Bunny.net for video streaming
- Cloudflare for website hosting
- Resend for email (receipts and sign-in links)
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies in the store.
How long we keep it
We keep purchase records as long as needed for your access to films and for tax and accounting purposes. Old sign-in sessions are removed when they expire or are signed out.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your information by emailing [email protected]. If you delete your information, you will lose access to your library. We may need to keep some purchase records where the law requires it.
Children
The store is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
